Our vision is a world of zero-waste circular systems in food production. We truly believe in the idea that one’s waste is another’s treasure and for that AOS’ current mission is to build and scale the world’s most advanced insect plants to recycle waste and reutilise by-products into a nutritious diet for black soldier fly larvae and then convert the larval biomass into organic, local ingredients for animal feed and agriculture.

Who we are.
We are a group of intrepid entrepreneurs with a diverse background working towards a future we can be proud of. We believe businesses should add real value to society (including externalities). At AOS we have teamed up with experts across the entomological, agricultural, engineering and pharmaceutical sectors to ensure our approach makes sense both economically and environmentally.
We are building our first industrial-scale production facility in the South of Spain.
Through our first project, we are tackling a huge environmental problem caused by the difficulties in managing waste from olive production.
We teamed up with Fenix Ingenieria, a pioneering engineering group specialised in agricultural automation.
Together, we have developed our in-house technology for a scalable and cost-efficient production. The AOS R&D team counts on Entomotech’s 20+ years experience working independently and in collaboration with academic experts to develop the processes required to make the insect industry thrive.
