Previously responsible for strategy, process creation, CX and BD for Jewellery business across Amazon EU.

Strong digital, operational and organisational skills, 4 fluent languages and solid track record in setting up organisational processes. Graduated in International Business & French from the University of Birmingham and Université Sorbonne with an MPhil in Development Economics from the University of Oxford.
